Extremely disappointing experience.
Communication was lacking and transaction was stressful without any apology or understanding shown. No disclosure concerning agent’s relationship to the seller until after completion. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this agency. I would not use them again....

That is completely incorrect Simon , you double booked my viewing for Ash , the house was advertised at 175k i offered 200k by email to your office with 'my story ' as you told me to . I got no response to my email , no reply , no phone call nothing . At least you could have called people as all other agents have done when an offer is rejected. So my facts are actually correct . I arrived to be told I had no appt because you gave the woman doing the viewings the wrong time ! My memory is quite g ...
