Some Estate Agents are wonderful, some are helpful, efficient and honest. Having been tenants of a property managed by Clem Woodward Estate Agents I can assure you that they have none of those qualities and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone....

This letting agent is a joke, he makes people homeless by changing locks after many complaints about certain things in the property not working e.g heating etc. They then also discloses personal information to friends and family.
