I am very disappointed to read your comments, we continue to be market leaders in the lettings industry and have excellent records with both landlords and tenants. As I understand the team did inform you that viewings had taken place at the property as we had not received a signed application form. Unfortunately we cannot secure properties on verbal agreements alone and we do require the application to either be completed in the office or taken away and returned within 24/48 hours. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

We have an in-house complaints procedure through which we endeavour to resolve any issues direct with our management team. If, however any client feels that this is not sufficient, then complaints are directed to our umbrella company, Xperience. They too have a procedure for handling complaints. In addition, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
