What agent could do to change your mind?
If they actually just spoke to us about the issues we had, and actually phoned us back when they said they would. We were left without hot water for 2 weeks as we didn't know how to work the boiler, and we only worked it out from switching different switches all over the house. They're a professional estate agent, not a bad boyfriend, good customer service is NOT hard! We are currently looking to buy a property and they will not be having our custom.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

We have an in-house complaints procedure through which we endeavour to resolve any issues direct with our management team. If, however any client feels that this is not sufficient, then complaints are directed to our umbrella company, Xperience. They too have a procedure for handling complaints. In addition, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
