From our system we can see that we wrote to all the utility providers including council tax in line with the tenancy start and end dates. Having checked the records a couple of viewings didn't take place as the clients didn't turn up for the appointment, which we understand is very frustrating. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

We have an in-house complaints procedure through which we endeavour to resolve any issues direct with our management team. If, however any client feels that this is not sufficient, then complaints are directed to our umbrella company, Xperience. They too have a procedure for handling complaints. In addition, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.
