Thank you for your feedback Chelsee. Properties are always assessed based on the original Inventory/Schedule of Condition. Ultimately it is the Landlord who decides whether to pursue any claim against a deposit, not the Agent. I understand that a Property Manager is currently in discussion with you regarding the deposit claim and that the cleaning issues did involve more than removing dust. We have an in-house complaints procedure through which we endeavour to resolve any issues direct with our management team. If, however any client feels that this is not sufficient, then complaints are directed to our umbrella company, Xperience. They too have a procedure for handling complaints.
