I'm very disappointed that you were not happy with the service. I am a little confused as the furniture that was left remained at your request (I have the e-mail) and the keys were not labelled therefore I couldn't tell you what each key was for. I guess you cant please everyone but I do try! ...

Pleas could you send me an email to discuss your specific issue and which flat you lived in. CITYZEN will only deal with the deposit in the correct legal manner. If you are not happy with the deductions that the landlord wishes to make based on the independent inventory reports carried out then you are free to dispute this through the deposit scheme. They will assess the evidence and give an independent decision based on this. We are not 'sitting' on your money. We will pay back all the fund ...
