Pretty accurate assessment. Not only that, they will move just about anybody in to live in flat with you, without doing checks or even responding to complaints.
Lately just moved in very abusive guy into room next to me, who also deliberately destroyed my clothes that were being washed.
Agency do not care.
Also when fitted "new" locks to "fire door" (it's not) it broke on day 1 - their solution? Hammer it open and live with broken, horribly cracked doorframe ? ...

Hi Laura,
Basically what happened was, the internet router was delivered into our office, you then decided to come over and collect it. We explained to you that this router is a "plug and play", this means you only need to plug it and turn it on. Does this really required "further instructions"? come on....
