They moved a random in flat I'm in at height of pandemic. I'm high risk and got very ill. Tenant they moved in was obviously unchecked, toilet bin overflowing with wet wipes he'd used on his backside, dirty dishes piled everywhere, shouting on Skype 24/7. Complete health hazard. "Fire doors" they installed definitely are not fire doors. They installed also a faulty lock on my door and their way to deal with this was to hammer the door in, splintering all the frame. They will never respond to you ...
