I've never been a fussy person, so if the shower doesn't work for a day or two, or if the agency doesn't provide me with a chair, it doesn't bug me much. But I would say my safety is of absolute top priority and should be treated as such.

They are absolutely shocking. I've had a million problems with them, but I'll also add with regard to the, *cough*, "Cleaner", she has absolutely no respect for paying tenants' Personal items - emptying cupboards and fridges (handling food) and rearranging it at whim despite agency been told numerous times this is violating me and I want it to stop, rearranging over items on surfaces, breaking stuff, leaving dirty cleaning cloths on top of toothbrushes..... yuck.
