Thankyou for your aggressive call this morning regarding you wanting me to take down this review, and If I refuse in 24hrs you will take legal action against me. however I have recently contacted someone in regards to this situation and they have informed me not to do so as many agencies do this in an attempt to intimate the person in question. performing regular checks on the property, ensuring the landlord certificates were up to date ( i always had to always chase and remind them to contact the tennants for appointmenst of inspections) and keeping me informed about the tennants and the property
