I think they put out on the market too high. They dropped the price a couple of times and we agreed a lower price than that and we were the only ones who put a bid in. There is just so much work that needs doing to it!

I had previously insisted marketing at a higher price, Gary was pragmatic in explaining that other houses were selling, so there was no issue with the market, and that every house is selling at the right price. Very refreshing.
