What agent could do to change your mind?
After all it is very hard for me to change my mind and recommend them as I do not want other people to go through what I did because of the stuff of Churchill Estates Wanstead. I was the buyer, not the seller. I am sure their behavior to the seller is very different as they get money from them. They are extremely unkind people who do not hesitate to threaten and bully. I am going to make formal complaints about them also to the regulating bodies as this should not be the way they do business. It is completely unacceptable.

thanks for the comments however are further investigation it has been discovered that this review was made by someone who wanted to place a deposit but wouldn't do so. The landlord was aware of the offer and when the client came back insisting we llet them the place the landlord would not proceed with the new offer as our client was worried that they may be difficult. It is always hard to let someone down and the review shows that they are disgruntled because we wouldn't let them a property, but ...

It is the job of our property managers to deal with problems with the properties but If you would like to provide detail I would be happy to answer you further. However i would like to comment that whilst in the ideal world I could run round to every problem or query i receive it would be impossible and staff members will never learn if someone does it for them all the time ...

Its funny but if tenants are to believed agents never do anything, our job is to manage but without the landlords agreement we end up in between a rock and very hard place indeed, but to say that an agent has never done any maintenance works is mad and I am sure we can prove you wrong ...
