After all it is very hard for me to change my mind and recommend them as I do not want other people to go through what I did because of the stuff of Churchill Estates Wanstead. I was the buyer, not the seller. I am sure their behavior to the seller is very different as they get money from them. They are extremely unkind people who do not hesitate to threaten and bully. thanks for the comments however are further investigation it has been discovered that this review was made by someone who wanted to place a deposit but wouldn't do so. The landlord was aware of the offer and when the client came back insisting we llet them the place the landlord would not proceed with the new offer as our client was worried that they may be difficult.
