AVOID AT ALL COSTS - especially students. Absolute rip off, no communication and lies. We cleaned the house before we moved out and at 9am on that day (clearly not checked) a cleaner turned up and we were charged for 12 hours... landlord blocked our phone numbers till we threatened court and the house was a STATE to begin with, no issues addressed, don’t feel like we were really treated as people. ...

Dirty properties that are in a poor state of repair. Unlawful practice that is contrary to basic Housing Law. Illegality, in not depositing bonds under statutory schemes, thereby making the owners they manage property also liable to prosecution....
