I think Jayne Roberts unprofessional agent and shi doesn't like help yours customers. I still couldn't believe shi donet with as this nasty game.

Other agents offer rent insurance inclusive with the fees, I have some properties with another agent and they only charge 9% inc insurance. I would much prefer to pay the fees monthly.
