What agent could do to change your mind?
We paid for a holding fee for ‚£500 and after 15 minutes we called the lady back that we are cancelling in getting the house. However, she said that it is non refundable. But in the contract says, if cancelled, it may take an amount but not the whole amount I believe. That was really a bad experience. I emailed choices but they just responded once to my email Nd never explained just to satisfy me as a customer. ThankS
