Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We compared the inventory prior to you moving to the check out report which we must do as agents for our landlords. Unfortunately, there appeared to be very little or no attempt to clean certain areas which were left very dirty. These areas were photographed and sent to you as evidence. Many thanks for your kind review and feedback. You're right we cannot forward on a signed agreement prior to monies being sent over however we are always happy to provide a blank one so that you may see what you're agreeing / signing up for. Apologies if this was not offered as an option. Our tenancy agreements are fairly standard across the industry however I can appreciate that tenants may want to read over a copy prior to paying over the deposit and 1st months rent.
