What agent could do to change your mind?
Reassess our case and return the unfair amount taken from us. Not only costs were unrealistic AND most inexistent but you have been the most unprofessional and untrustworthy business that we have ever come across in our lives and you should be taken to a proper court to close down the business for all illegal actions you have taken on clients who thought where finding a home with you.

I would have to argue that this kind of post is made by an agent of Chase Evans as it is a rebuttal to the vast amount of negative comments thrown at the agency on this site. Being a tenant of a property managed by Chase Evans in the Canary Wharf/Docklands area, I highly disagree. I had to wait, chase (hence their name), and tear into the company to get ANYTHING done for months and months. What agent could do to change your mind?
In order to retain or promote new tenants chase Evans seriously needs to change its ways. They need to return emails, return phonecalls and generally be a bit more pleaseant and helpfull.
