This agent does not deserve any fee as the property marketed by Chase Buchanan did not have the right permits from the Council and Chase Buchanan was not even aware of the situation. To me surprise the property was still been advertised on the branch windows the day after the incident... !!!

Charged £400 for a credit check and compiling the tenancy agreement - wow! That should cost about £50 tops! Can't wait for the law to change making it illegal to charge such extortionate fees to tenants.
