These agents made loads of rubbish up about things that needed doing in the house when moved out and got hardly any of the deposit back! Do not use these unless you don't mind not getting your deposit back!!!...

Yep...similar problem although possibly worse. Absolute farce. When i challenged them and complained they made up some new costs and problems!!! Fight fire-with-fire though. If it is untrue then you'll get there eventually. We got all our deposit back although it was stressful I bet many people just give up; I know I felt like it at times. Very bad estate estates. Very VERY bad indeed. ...
