Hi Aaron, I am sorry that you felt the process was difficult... contracts are nothing to do with Century 21... they are sent out by Simple Life and we have to wait for authorisation from Simple to process an application after we send application forms through. So, these issues are not an error of Century 21. Simple Life are also responsible to ensure that keys are provided to the agents as they instruct the contractors, not us. I have investigated the points raised in the review above with all staff and we have no record of such a complaint. Should anyone marketing their property with us wish to remove their property from the market we would do so accordingly. Slightly more expensive than online estate agent's but this small expense gets you a lot of excellent customer service and don't forget that online estate agents charge extra for viewings. I believe I got a much better and personal experience than I would have using an online agent.
