Dear Tom, Thank you for your review. As in most cases every story has two sides, the first property you offered on was remarketed due to the vendor instructing us to do so. The original buyers had issues with their mortgage and he asked us to increase the sale price due to the market conditions. Central could have responded to our queries or even acknowledged them within a few hours. Her working hours are ridiculous- she finishes at 4:30. There needs to be a better service.
