Cooke& Co are proud of the service we offer both landlords and tenants but if you break the terms of your agreement although stressful we have to hold you the tenant responsible. Any complaints are looked at sympathetically. Damien Cooke. Owner ...

My name is Damien Cooke and I am the owner of Cooke & Co Estate agents and letting Agents established in 1992. We have 3 offices in Thenet Kent. I mist point out that this is a fake review by another agent or such like. We are members of the National Asssociation of Estate Agents Ombudsman for lettings and sales and the National Approved letting scheme. All of our descriptions are accurate and we do not charge extra fees at all. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
