The agent's fees were fine, average price after looking around. For our particular property, the holding deposit was quite a lot more than average - but this also went to the first months rent upon completion. This was quite daunting to put down, but Aruna was helpful in showing us the contract, talking to us personally, and then confirming in an email so that we were completely reassured.

Agency fees are a little higher than average. It was disappointing that some fees were not mentioned or disclosed at the beginning when we asked. We only found out about them once the document to pay was presented to us. Although this might of been an honest mistake... it felt a little sneaky.
