I think the fees that Cauldwell charge for the management of my properties are very reasonable. I don't think they over charge either myself as a Landlord or the Tenant with setting up/contract fees etc

Regarding our tenant fee structure, this has been set in line with industry standard and in some cases is 50% cheaper than most other comparable regulated agents.
