Thank you for your review. We are extremely disappointed you have chosen this forum to air your derogatory comments as these are incorrect, misleading and entirely unfair. To be very clear, your landlord agreed to release you from your fixed term tenancy early should another tenant be found to replace you. Was a fair price but not being able to do viewings outside of normal working hours (when most people view) is not ideal. We had 3 buyers and a good viewing and think Cauldwell attended 3.
