Comment on agent fees
I believe that the agent fees should have been less than what they were, as both my mum and I recall the conversation that we would pay ‚£1200 including VAT as we were allowing room for the price of the property to drop, but when my mum (Angela Peers) spoke to the Estate Agent (I cannot remember his name) he was quite rude to her and said that we had agreed on ‚£1200 plus VAT. Apart from this, everything else was fine.
