Keep your fees more competitive and you WILL get more customers! One of the main reasons I appointed Castles is becasue Chris agreed a reduction to come close (albeit a tad more expensive) to another agent. However, my other reasons were the reviews, location and branch ranking which I felt, justified the difference. Well done! Thank you :)
