Excellent value for money, given the fact that they find tenants for you within two or three days at most, and furthermore secure very high rental income for you too, and above all get the potential tenants checked out and referenced very quickly indeed, followed by drawing up perfect contracts and tenancy agreements for both sides, followed once again by effortless organize check-ins, inventory lists and maintenance contracts..... all of it done with great flair and efficiency at incredibly fast speed, saving the landlord any hassle or burdens or worries. And so their fees are incredibly good value indeed, for all this.
