I have always paid between 1500k - 2000k to move into a place (this was on my own and paying large agents). This time round, the fees were in black and white and were understandable. I have found that other agents charge for literally everything. Carr and hune are VERY reasonable and the pricing makes sense. There is nothing hidden.
