I haven't been made aware of any problems with regards to any of our lettings team. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest in the first place, explain that the landlord spends half the year abroad and this property would be ideal for anyone looking to rent for less than a year. NOT trick people into relocating their lives into a nice flat only to rip the rug out from under them at the earliest opportunity.
