We apologise if this landlord has felt this way. The facts are this landlord has a below standard property in an area where only DSS tenants can live. This landlord wanted professional tenants and won't accept the DSS tenants. The property did not have furniture as well. As the property was below standard and without furniture and landlord wanted profesonal tenants, we could not let it as per landlords requirments. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
