I thought the fees were very reasonable and definitely not as high as I had seen elsewhere. The fees were also very clear and transparent from the very beginning with no hidden extras (which would have made life very difficult at the last minute). I think the website might need to be updated for first time buyer fees though.

fixed rate fees which seemed comparable to other firms. One extra benefit is free accompanied viewings during office hours. Out with these times it's about £24/viewing and as we had a number of viewings scheduled on a Saturday I did these myself.
