Burchell Edwards is a shocking company, avoid them at all costs. The amount of money they charge for the application forms is quite frankly awfully high and they do not fix any problems with the property for around 4 month of reporting the issue and not only that when it comes to moving out the property they try to tell you that because your contract has come to a end they put you straight on to a month by month rolling contract (which is not stated in your contract) then they charge £50.00 to ...
