I feel for you they tend to go the whole hog and claim back the full deposit with nothing to back it up with one of my reasons was crumbs in the grill a grill I never used once! I only lived at the property for 6 months and they want the whole £700 back its a joke. I hope this company go bust they dont deserve to be a business ...
