What agent could do to change your mind?
They could of worked for their money, I would of been better advertising my house on Facebook or other network save a lot of money! The agent we brought our new house from was more helpful. Currently going through legal to sort as I have disputed and none of my complaints have been answered. Wasn't just the 'none work' it was there mortgage advisor too.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just shown some professionalism or genuine interest when trying to resolve issues arising from their own mistakes. We realise that mistakes sometimes happen, but a company is judged on the way that these problems are handled. In this case it was poor.
