I am really sorry but this is not answering the question? How is this legal that it is down to an individual to judge our financial status, and what qualifications does this person have to judge anyone on this? What agent could do to change your mind?
Have a company customer charter, if they already have one make sure it is fair and that the staff adhere to it, i.e. treat customers with respect. Don¢â‚¬â„¢t put the phone down on customers.
