Nobody likes fees, but I feel that I receive peace of mind for the fees I pay. At the end of the day they charge a reasonable fee and definitely provide the service I'd expect. I believe that you get what you pay for!

I think you could pay less but, when I have used other agencies, they havent actually been able to manage the properties effectively. The price you pay to Brookdale means that I have zero involvement in managing my properties as I know that they take care of everything.
