Thank you for your comments Mikey Tomlinson. We did not waste anyone's time and did leave the property in the same condition as when we took on the tenancy. It was the threat of charging us at the end of the tenancy for damage apparent before we moved in which we take objection to. We can sympathise with your opinion but even though we have a a video of maybe one hour length on a property , obviously the staff member will not watch this before each routine inspection meaning we can sometimes raise issues that may not be the tenant's fault. We are doing our job but in this area it is not possible to put hours of research in before the 10 minute inspection visit.
