Fees are higher than high street estate agents, but as a seller you are paying extra for speed of completion and more rigorous buyer vetting, increasing your chances of getting to completion quickly. This can save hundred of pounds in management fees and council tax if you're selling a leasehold property, so well worth it. British Homesellers are completely transparent with their fee structure so at least you know up front how much it is going to cost.

Okay, so they are slightly more expensive than I would have liked, but to be quite honest, after 7/8 months, I'm so delighted that the property is sold and I don't have 2 mortgages to pay, I think it's worth every penny.

Thank you for your review and apologies. Unfortunately although a sale was achieved quickly, despite our best efforts the conveyance took longer than expected for reasons outside our control (Christmas period was an added factor). Although we vet buyers, and in the vast majority of instance properties complete without issue, we cannot guarantee their buying positions. We operate no sale, no fee and have no tie-ins so at any stage our customers are free to leave our services if dissatisfied. ...
