Thanks for the comments BH Team. I do think you need to amend your marketing paraphernalia to suggest the fact that you are able to arrange a sale within 2-4 weeks since property is not an exact science. It also helps if you don't suggest you will have my property "sold in no time" within your email communication - Please see attached email from a member of your team. ...
