The fees were OK. However, you do feel as though you are almost one step from doing the job yourself. Continually having to prompt them. Wears you out

I had exactly the same experience with Brinsons. Very happy to spend a fair bit of my money on poor quality and overpriced contractors and pretty low standards when it comes to inspecting properties. Most things just get overlooked and when you go there yourself you get a few nasty surprises! ...
