and this same agent chooses to breach data confidentiality (DPA) laws by exposing the name of someone given just for viewing purposes! again - i stand by my view and would not use this agent ever again!!! Definitely DO NOT RECEOMMEND - AVOID like the plague! ...

Laura, As you re fully aware this was a problem with the roof in a purpose built block that was managed by another company. As a resident it was strictly YOUR responsibility to deal with the block managers but we instead took on the task of liasing with them and pushing for resolution. The repairs did take a very long time but I would like to ask you what you think we could have done to make things move faster. Thank you for leaving this 'professional' and might I add - highly offensive - reply, so other customers know how you deal with your customers, this is an accurate public representation of your agency. We always ask that tenants sign tenancies in our office. On this occasion I agreed to sign up at the property in between saturday viewings on a busy viewing day as a favour to these guys as they could not do mid week. Whilst I agree that there were sone minir issues this was blown out of all proportion and exaggerated. There is some level of fabrication in this complaint. For example my "religuous" beliefs". What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixed things quickly and not been so difficult to deal with. I rented for 12 years in Manchester city centre and have never dealt with a letting agency as incompetent as them.

Chapter 3 of the International Residential Code says you're wrong about the balcony. A bedroom has to have at least two points of exit and seeing as there was no window in the bedroom that's what the balcony door was.
