fees are very high compared to other agents and they rip people off because they charge for things that are actually free such as moving onto a rolling contract once the end of a 6 month fixed term ends

Bridgfords don't charge to enter into a rolling contract, at all. They charge to enter into a new fixed term contract however as this involves drawing up new legal documents. ...

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Bridgfords were difficult to get in touch with, never on time for any viewings and were full of empty promises. Our purchase dragged on and on for months- largely due to them failing to request vital information. Never once did they contact us, we were constantly chasing them. They made an already stressful process 100 times worse. Do not use!!!!
