Colour presentation and the desire to be the first choice in every area we operate separates us from the majority of Estate Agents. Twenty one years later we have six local branches covering North Hampshire and West Surrey with directors still on the shop floor delivering our ethos to our customers.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I don't think the 1.25% fee can be justified, there didn't seem to be great deal of effort put into the process, not to our satisfaction anyway. Compared to what the conveyancer's and solicitors will get, the agent will get a disproportional fee,
