I felt the rental fees were too high but I imagine this is the case across London, so I recommend you take this into account when budgeting. Six weeks deposit was also more than I was expecting to have to pay.

All complaints, at any level, will be acknowledged and investigated fully. A full response will be received from the appropriate Bridge Shoreditch Ltd. representative within 7 days of an official complaint. This representative will be a senior member of the team.
We hope that any bad experience you may have had is adequately resolved.
