It's hard to say what they could have done, because the nature of our interaction was so awful. I think they should all go to customer service lessons and realise that actually, to be a lettings agent, you should be friendly and accommodating. You are offering a service. They should probably go to counselling as well - the anger was so strong it was like it was pulsating off the phone!Attached Filesnbsp;

I stayed in 55 Ventnor Villas but thankfully have now moved put and are now with Property Moves. Although PM aren't perfect, at least you don't get abuse from them.
