We understand the frustrations of the buyer in this situation, but as the appointed agent we have a legal commitment to disclose all offers to our vendors. The timings were unfortunate. The morning we received the offer there was a pre scheduled viewing arranged which took place (to the eventual buyer) before any sale was agreed. This buyer subsequently made an offer. The vendor was therefore presented with two varying offers and decided they wanted to accept the one from the second buyer. ...

Whilst for legal reasons I can't go into details of the person who wrote this review this is not a fair representation of events, Brand Vaughan have had a very poor professional experience with the reviewer. We found this reviewer, in their professional capacity to fall very short of the standards we expected and we were very poorly updated, never hearing from months on end and then simply not delivering on what we expected.
