Andrew – I have no idea why you do not recognise my account of the events. Which part do you not recognise?
May be you need to read your companies web site – it states:- “References are taken up on a buyer to obtain landlords approval (applicable to leasehold businesses only)”. You assured me that the incoming tenant was good for the money, so I trusted you to have done searches. Andrew Hadley our agent who represent Bradleys is professional, efficient, honest and has guided and supported us through this journey in the selling of Shining Tree.
