1% + VAT is excellent and you get a fantastic service for less money than any other estate agent. The 0.5% reduction after 90 days is also reassuring too but as they are so accurate at asking prices and great at selling, there was no need for this for me!

They charged only 1% on the sale off the property and only 1/2% if no solid offer made within the first 90 days . Great floor plans and free EPC as standard and the pictures they take are second to none.
